Aussie Tradie AI is operated by Solar Sales Insider Pty Ltd (ABN 80 697 602 501), based in Brisbane, Queensland ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you book a demo, email us, call us or fill in a form, we collect what you give us: usually your name, business name, phone number, email address, state and any message you include. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to set up your services, such as business hours, services offered and call-handling instructions.
For clients who use the AI receptionist, calls to the client's business may be answered, transcribed or recorded so jobs and messages can be passed on. That information belongs to the client and is handled under their instructions and our service agreement. Callers should be told when calls are recorded.
To reply to you, run a demo, set up and support the services you choose, send invoices, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers that help us deliver the services, such as phone, calendar, messaging, hosting, payment and CRM platforms. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We only share what's needed to provide the service.
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing admin@aussietradieai.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
